Kick the Coffee Habit?
I read an article in InStyle magazine encouraging one to give up coffee.
"N.Y.C. dermatologist Nicholas Perricone claims his patients lose an average of 10 pounds after switching to tea from coffee. 'The acids in coffee raise blood sugar and insulin levels, causing the body to hold on to fat,' says Perricone, noting that polyphenols in green tea have the opposite effect. 'They [help] block the absortion of fat.'"
Is this enough of an incentive to give up coffee?
