I visited the American Institute of Massage Therapy, Inc. in Costa Mesa Tuesday morning. I was 38 minutes late due to traffic and my unique interpretations of the mapquest directions, but the people there were flexible and welcoming. So far my research into message therapy is intriguing and enticing me. Below are some reasons:

1. You are helping people.
2. Working hours are flexible.
3. You work part-time.
4. You don't have to dress up for work. You need to be comfortably dressed!
5. You can work in a team environment.
6. You build relationships with your clients.
7. I can work at the next Olympics.

The next wave of new classes begin in April so I have more time to do more research and think about it. Practically speaking, I just don't know how I can pull it off financially. The classes are all day Monday through Wednesday which gives me Thursday through Sunday to work and very little time to socialize.
