I started working this week. I was exhausted most of the time and on Tuesday I was really out of it. I couldn't comprehend what people what saying to me when I got home. Susan said that she asked me to write out the rent check but I just ignored her because it didn't register in my brain. I'm thankful for the three day weekend to rest and also do more work.

Still my class this year is almost perfectly behaved and they are smart. It's a teacher's dream. I have two students who skipped first grade so they are tiny compared to the other kids. One kid was cracking me up all week. He even winked at me and said, "How you doin?" just like Joey from friends. He kind of reminds me of a miniature Erkel. I'm looking forward to teaching this year because my students are ready to learn =D
